Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about shopping at Drumshop
How do you ensure drum kits are safe during shipping?
We use professional-grade, double-walled cardboard boxes and specialized internal padding for all drum shells and hardware. Each component is individually wrapped to prevent scratches or structural damage during transit.
What is your return policy for cymbals and drumheads?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. However, drumheads must be unplayed and in their original packaging. Cymbals can be returned if they show no signs of stick marks, fingerprints, or structural wear.
Do you offer international shipping for heavy hardware?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs for heavy items like racks and throne bases are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and your specific destination.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and offer flexible financing options through Klarna and Affirm for larger kit purchases.
Are the drum kits pre-tuned before they are shipped?
While we inspect every kit for quality, drums are typically de-tuned or shipped with heads separate to prevent damage from air pressure changes and tension during shipping. We include a tuning guide with every order.
Do your products come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all new instruments sold through Drumshop include the full manufacturer's warranty, which typically covers defects in materials and craftsmanship for 1 to 2 years depending on the brand.
