Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and cables to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
