Evans EQ3 Resonant series is a popular choice for both players and engineers. This drumhead features an offset 5" microphone port in a single ply 10mil film, plus a 10mil overtone control ring and featuring a black Onyx coating for a matte black look that provides more low register and attack.

Evans EQ3 series features two plies of 6.5mil film and provides a controlled low-end rumble and focused attack. Its articulation and endurance make the EQ3 especially suitable for live playing and heavy hitting.
