The Black Beauty Snare from Ludwig is a drum that deserves its name. It comes in a variety of choices for strainer, lugs hoops or shell and it's available on a very limited number of "Black Beauties" per year due to their unique and difficult manufacturing process. They come in three options for strainer you can choose from: P85 Supra-Phonic, P86 Millennium or P70 Super Sensitive and this amazing snare drum responds with impressive sensitivity at all volumes. Also, you get to choose between imperial or tube lugs, die-cast or triple flanged hoops  and you even get to choose if you want a smooth or hand hammered shell. This outstanding snare drum is a must for any drummer and would look and sound amazing with any drum kit!
