The PDP Concept Series Black Wax 12" x 6" Snare Drum is constructed using a 10-ply all maple drum shell and in terms of sound this snare drum has the ability to deliver an all purpose warmth as well as an impressive punchy tone too. A considered snare drum that can revel in sensitivity one minute and a punchy character the next. The stylish and versatile black wax finish with chrome hardware benefits from a hand-applied wax sealer that protects the maple exterior. Complimented by dual-turret lugs, these multi-purpose snares are also fitted with MAG Throw-Offs™, True-Pitch Tuning™, and Remo heads.
