Versatile and stylish the Bop Set features four capable AQ2 drums; an 18" x 14" bass drum (with Mount), 12 x 8" tom, 14" x 13" floor tom and a 14" x 6" snare drum. All Sonor AQ2 drum sets are constructed using 7-ply maple, the 7-ply  is made up of 3-ply Chinese maple and 4-ply Canadian maple which allows for rich, warm sounds across the board.

 

The AQ2 Series of drums gives you the ability to sound like the pros and offers newly designed shell hardware as well as the impressive new tom mounting system, SmartMount Tom Holder System Technology. SmartMount Technology is a welcome addition to this series as it avoids unnecessary drilling holes and metal to shell contact, allowing for better sustain and better visibility on the shell surface. However, the features don't stop there, Sonor have made advancements in the shell hardware so your set-up time is quick and easy, without compromising on sound as well as this, each drum benefits from improved Tune Safe drum lugs. The finish is a glamorous high gloss lacquer in titanium quartz, which is a glitzy finish for sure!
