Toca Origins 10" Roped Tuned Djembe in Celtic Knot

The djembes of the TOCA Origins series combine traditional craftsmanship with modern methods of instrument making.

Each drum is turned from a single piece of sustainably grown mahogany wood, resulting in the exceptionally uniform wall thickness of the shell. For subsequent finishing touches, the overtone-reducing notches inside the shell, the bearing edge, and of course the beautiful carvings on the outside are all cut by hand.

In addition to the remarkable designs, high-quality natural heads and consistent rope tension complete the traditional look.
