The S Family of Zildjian Cymbals is a collection of B12 alloy cymbals built with a balanced frequency response, making it a series of versatile instruments that are suitable for a variety of genres and styles. Each cymbal features extensive hammering and lathing to provide a bright, shimmering tone. 

S Family Trash Crash Cymbals produce a thin weight crash tone accompanied by a trashy white noise colour that fits the mix perfectly. The holes are drilled in eight strategic directions to give this cymbal a bright sound with a rough edge. These can be incorporated in a set up to achieve a distortion boost in your crash cymbal sound.
